GETTING STARTED
Where to connect and manage your services
Connecting your streaming services allows Soundiiz to access your playlists, albums, and favorite tracks, so you can easily transfer or synchronize your content between platforms.
Connect a music account
- Open the left panel in Soundiiz.
- Select the service you want to connect, or click Connect more services at the bottom.
- In the popup window, click Connect.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize Soundiiz.
- Once connected, the service icon turns green.
Manage connected services
You can also manage all your linked platforms from your account settings:
- Click the Settings icon near your username (top-right corner).
- Select the Platforms tab.
- From this page, you can connect, disconnect, or hide/show any music service.
Need to use another account from the same music service? See how many accounts you can connect and how switching works.
Tip
Make sure you are logged into the correct streaming account before connecting it to Soundiiz.
Services that connect differently
Twelve services ask for something other than a plain sign-in, an authorization code, the address of your own server, or a subscription of their own. Each one has its own page.
| Yandex Music | Musi |
| Apple Music | Plex |
| Jellyfin | Emby |
| Subsonic, Navidrome | YouTube Music |
| Spotify | Qobuz |
| Amazon Music | Deezer |
Notes
If a connection fails, try logging out of your streaming service first, then reconnecting via Soundiiz.
The paid plan is the platform's, not ours
Some services only open playlist transfers to accounts that pay for a subscription with them. That is their own rule, and no Soundiiz plan lifts it.
A service refuses to connect?
Tell us which one, and what the screen showed when it stopped. That is usually enough for us to place the problem.
