One account at a time

Soundiiz keeps one account connected per music service. You can switch accounts when moving a personal family plan to another service.

Only one account from each music service can be connected to Soundiiz at any given time. For example, two Spotify accounts cannot remain connected simultaneously.

To use another account from the same service, disconnect the current one and then connect the other account.

Family-plan migrations

To move a personal family plan, Soundiiz lets you connect up to six different accounts from the same service. This matches the number of members commonly included in music family subscriptions.

Switch to another account

Finish your current transfers
Complete the transfers you need with the account that is currently connected.
Disconnect the music service
Open Settings > Platforms in Soundiiz and disconnect the current account.
Sign in to the other account
If the music service selects the wrong account automatically, sign out of that service first.
Connect the service again
Return to Soundiiz and confirm that the correct account appears.

Disconnecting affects scheduled Syncs

Any Sync that uses this music service is disabled when you disconnect it. Review your Syncs after reconnecting: they do not resume automatically.

Keep your Soundiiz account personal

Your Soundiiz account is for personal use and should not be shared. The six-account allowance is intended to help you move the members of your own family plan. If you manage music accounts for clients, a team, or an organization, or need a different setup, contact us before connecting more accounts.
