Authorize the right Qobuz account
Qobuz reuses the account already signed in to your browser. Sign out there first when you need to connect a different one.
This is the music-service connection
It is separate from the button used to sign in to your Soundiiz account. Sign in to Soundiiz with your usual method, then manage Qobuz under Platforms.
Switch the connected Qobuz account

Disconnect Qobuz from Soundiiz
Open Settings, choose Platforms, and disconnect the current Qobuz account. -
Sign out on the Qobuz website
In the same browser, sign out of the Qobuz web player. -
Sign in to the Qobuz account you want
Check that its playlists and favorites are visible before returning to Soundiiz. -
Connect and authorize Qobuz again
Open Qobuz in Soundiiz, click Connect, then finish the authorization in the Qobuz window.

If the Qobuz window does not finish
Allow pop-ups for soundiiz.com, then use the Open sign-in window prompt.
Try a private window to avoid a saved Qobuz session selecting the old account.
Temporarily disable browser privacy or VPN extensions that can interrupt the return to Soundiiz.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I connect two Qobuz accounts at the same time?
One Qobuz connection is active at a time. Use your Soundiiz library as a bridge between the source and destination accounts, as explained in Transfer Playlists and Favorites Between Accounts on the Same Platform.
Why does Soundiiz say this account uses another sign-in method?
That message concerns the way you sign in to Soundiiz, not the Qobuz music connection. Sign in to Soundiiz with the original method, then connect Qobuz from Settings under Platforms.
The correct Qobuz account is connected, but my transfer is missing. What next?
