How to disconnect a music account from Soundiiz

Disconnect the current music account

1. Open Soundiiz Settings
   Select Settings from your Soundiiz account menu.
2. Choose Platforms
   The Connected accounts section lists the music services currently linked to Soundiiz.
3. Select Disconnect
   Use the Disconnect action beside the music service you want to remove.
4. Confirm the connection was removed
   The service no longer appears under Connected accounts and becomes available under Add a platform.

You can also open a connected service from the Soundiiz navigation and use its Disconnect action when that shortcut is displayed.

Reconnect a different account from the same service

1. Sign out of the music service
   In the same browser, sign out of the service account you no longer want Soundiiz to use.
2. Sign in to the correct music account
   Check the account name and its playlists or favorites before returning to Soundiiz.
3. Reconnect from Settings > Platforms
   Find the service under Add a platform, select Connect, and complete its authorization flow.
4. Review your Syncs
   Open your Syncs and re-enable only the configurations that should continue with this account.

Moving music between two accounts on the same service

Disconnecting and reconnecting only changes which account Soundiiz can access. To move playlists or favorites from the first account to the second, follow Transfer Playlists and Favorites Between Accounts on the Same Platform.
