Frequently Asked Questions
Amazon says my account is missing required information. What should I do?
Open music.amazon.com on a computer, complete the Amazon Music account setup there, wait a few minutes, and connect again.
Why does the wrong Amazon account keep opening?
Amazon is reusing the account already signed in to your browser. Sign out of Amazon first, or use a private browser window, then reconnect with the account that holds the music.
Can a Free Amazon Music account connect?
It may connect, but Amazon can deny particular playlist or library actions for the Free tier. The message shown during the action is the useful detail.
