If you are using a Google "managed" account (for example, by your company/employer), it's possible that you will not be able to connect YouTube/YouTube Music on Soundiiz.
Double-check if you are using a YouTube brand account or not.
Finally, if you got an error message in the login process like "Something went wrong there. Try again."; we recommend you give it another try with another browser/device/network or using your browser's "private tab".
Also, try to disable any browser plugin (like VPN extension, AdBlock...) you could have enabled.
