BATCH RESULTS
Export the details before the seven-day deadline
After a Batch finishes, export all results by content type or download only the tracks not found in one playlist.
Batch details are kept for seven days
Export anything you may need within seven days after completion. Once the detailed Batch data is deleted, Soundiiz Support cannot recover it.
Export the full Batch results
-
Open Batches
In Soundiiz, open Automation > Batches. -
Open the finished Batch
Select the Batch to display its detailed results. -
Select Export result (CSV)
Choose Playlists, Artists, Albums, or Tracks. Only content types included in the Batch are available. -
Download the generated file
When the export is ready, select Download to save the CSV file.
Export tracks not found in one playlist
-
Find a playlist with unmatched tracks
In the Batch details, open the action menu for the playlist whose result contains errors. -
Select Export errors
Soundiiz generates a CSV containing only the tracks not found for that playlist. -
Download the CSV
Select Download when the export is ready.
A playlist error export is not the full playlist
It contains the unmatched tracks for the selected playlist. Use the full Batch export when you need every item of a content type.
Fix an unmatched track while the details are available
Open the missing-track detail and use Fix when available to select the correct item on the destination service. Soundiiz can save that correction as a matching rule for future transfers and Sync runs.
See How to Create and Manage Matching Rules in Soundiiz for the complete workflow.
Other transfer and Sync history limits
A one-time transfer and a Sync do not keep their detailed results for the same period as a Batch. See Can I Recover Old Transfer, Batch, or Sync Results? before closing or replacing a result you may need later.
A current Batch export is not working?
Contact us within the seven-day period with the Batch number, content type, and exact message shown on screen.
