When transferring playlists or music content with Soundiiz Batch Transfers, you can easily export results to identify which elements were successfully moved and which ones couldn’t be found on the destination platform.
🔹 Export full batch results
To export all results from a batch (playlists, artists, albums, or tracks):
Open Soundiiz and go to the Batchs tab in the left navigation bar.
👉 On mobile, use the hamburger menu to open the navigation.Click on a batch to open its detailed results page.
In the top-right corner, click Export results (CSV).
Choose the element type you want to export:
Playlists
Artists
Albums
Tracks
(Options are enabled or disabled depending on what is available in the batch.)
Your CSV file will download automatically with all items for the selected element type.
🔹 Export “Not Found” items per playlist
If a playlist contains tracks that were not matched on the destination platform:
In your Batch details view, look for playlists with a red warning icon showing the number of missing items.
Click the red warning icon to open a modal window listing all missing tracks.
At the bottom of the modal, click Export (CSV) to download a file containing only the items that were not found for that playlist.
💡 This is useful if you want to manually locate or fix specific tracks that couldn’t be transferred.
✅ Notes & limitations
Batch results are kept for 7 days after completion.
The CSV export includes information such as playlist name, track title, artist, and platform.
Only element types included in the batch will appear as export options.
Playlist-specific exports contain only unmatched items, not the full playlist.
