Old detailed results cannot be recovered after their availability period has passed. Soundiiz no longer keeps the list of matched and unmatched items beyond the limits below.
How long each result is available
What to save while the result is available
Fix unmatched tracks before the details expire
While a detailed result is still available, select the matching-rule action next to an unmatched track and choose the correct item on the destination service. Soundiiz saves that correction as a matching rule for future transfers and Sync runs.
See How to Create and Manage Matching Rules in Soundiiz for the complete steps.
After a detailed result expires
Soundiiz Support cannot restore an expired report because the underlying item-by-item result is no longer kept. Running the operation again creates a new result from the playlists and music catalogs as they exist at that time; it does not recreate the old report.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can Soundiiz recover a Batch that finished more than 7 days ago?
No. The complete Batch history is no longer kept after 7 days and cannot be restored.
Does an expired report delete the transferred playlist?
No. Expiration removes only the detailed Soundiiz report. It does not delete playlists or music from the source or destination service.
Can I recreate an old report by running the transfer again?
No. A new run uses the current source content and the destination catalog available at that time, so its result may differ from the original transfer.
