How to cancel

Go to Plan and Click Cancel
Click on Plan from the menu on the left and click to Cancel (Confirm your choice in the pop-up.)

You'll see a message confirming the date when your subscription will end.
⚠️ Important
When your subscription ends, your synchronizations and sync history will be deleted. Your transferred playlists remain intact on your music platforms.
📧 Keep your confirmation email
Soundiiz sends you a confirmation email. This is your only proof of cancellation.

CASE #1
Cancellation wasn't saved
You thought you canceled, but the operation wasn't actually saved.
✅ Solution:
Go to Settings → Plan. If you don't see "Your subscription is set to cancel on [date]", your subscription is still active. Follow the steps above again.

CASE #2
You have two Soundiiz accounts
You used "Sign in with Spotify" AND created an account with your email = 2 separate accounts.
✅ Solution:
Check the email on your Stripe receipt. If it's different, sign in using that method (e.g., "Sign in with Spotify") to access the correct account.

Logged into the wrong account
Your Premium subscription is under a different email address.
✅ Solution:
Search your inbox for Stripe/Soundiiz receipts. The email address shown is where your Premium account is.
