First, who can refund you
Where you paid decides who holds the money, and it is not always us.
Paying with Apple Pay or Google Pay on our website does not make it a store purchase: those are payment methods, and the subscription stays with us. A real store purchase is one made from inside the app, and only Apple or Google can undo it.
The rule, and there is only one
A payment can be refunded as long as the paid service has not been used since. Run a transfer, a sync, or anything else a paid plan unlocks, and that payment is final. This is checked on your account, so nobody has to judge your case and the answer does not change depending on who reads your message.
In practice, that covers the situation people write about most: a renewal you did not expect, noticed before touching anything. Write to us and it can be undone.
Asking, and what to send
Write to us from the email address of your Soundiiz account, and say which payment you mean. That is usually all we need.
If you paid with an address that is not your account one, we cannot find you without a little more. Send us:
Never send us your full card number, and we will never ask for it. Once a refund is issued, your bank takes five to ten working days to show it.

I was renewed without noticing and I have not used anything.
That is the case the rule is built for. Write to us with the address of your account, and we cancel the subscription and refund that payment.
I used it once, months ago, and forgot to cancel.
The payment itself is final, but ask anyway if you are on a yearly plan taken less than two months ago. Switching you to monthly gives back the rest, and that is often nearly all of it.
I subscribed in the app. Why can you not refund me?
Because the money never reached us. Apple and Google bill you themselves and keep the decision, so the request has to go to them, and they apply their own rules.
I am being charged and I have no Soundiiz account.
Then the account exists under another address, and it happens more often than you would think. Send us the payment details listed above and we will find it.
