Follow these steps in order to find your account:

Did you use "Sign in with Google/Spotify/Apple"?
Yes → Try the same method with the same account
No / I don't remember → Go to Step 2

Try logging in with Email
Try your 2-3 most likely emails (personal, work, old). Use "Forgot password" if needed.

Check your emails from Soundiiz
Search your inbox for: "Soundiiz", "receipt", "invoice". The recipient address is your account email.

Check your bank statements
Identify the email linked to your payment. See the dedicated section below.

Sign-in Methods Explained
Soundiiz offers several ways to sign in. Each method creates a separate account, even with the same email address.

If you use a "Sign in with" method (such as Spotify or Qobuz), it is important to always use the same method for future logins.

Find Your Account Using Payment Info
Your payment information is the key to identifying your account with an active subscription.

Locate your receipt
Find an email from Stripe or PayPal with subject "Receipt", or check your bank statement for "Soundiiz".

Find the email
The receipt contains the email address linked to the transaction. This is your Soundiiz account email.

Try the right method
Gmail address? Try "Sign in with Google".
Custom address? Try Email + password.
Custom address? Try Email + password.
I Have Multiple Accounts
It's common to accidentally create multiple accounts (one with Google, another with Email).
Identify the right account
If you are paying for Soundiiz but your account shows "Free" in the settings, it almost always means you are logged into the wrong account.
Only the account linked to your payment will display your active subscription. Please try other email addresses or sign-in methods you may have used in the past.
