Why did I received such email?
Occasionally, you may received this email notification, informing you that your account is being used on another device. This email is send when our security system has detected a new connection to your Soundiiz account from an unknwon device/browser.
This notificication could include multiple informations about this unknown connection:
- IP Address (you can check your current IP just by asking Google "what is my ip" for example).
- Location (may not reflect exact location)
- Time (based on the Soundiiz account timezone)
These informations will help you to indentify the connection. Please, read this email carefully.
When this email notification is sent?
You could receive this email when we have detected a new connection to your Soundiiz account from an unknwon device/browser.
Be aware that even if you are using the same device, browser or IP, you could still receive this notification time to time. If you recognize this sign-in, please ignore this email.
What to do if you don't recognize this sign-in
You should immediately change your password. Passwords should be unique and not used for any other sites or services. That will automatically closed all Soundiiz sessions and you will only being able to sign-in back with this new password.
To further protect your Soundiiz account, consider configuring a Two-Factor authentication method. This will add an additional security layout to your account.
