Amazon Music mobile uses a "cache" process to load and display your music collections quickly. That means once you have transferred to Amazon Music with Soundiiz, playlists and favorites may not be reloaded in your Amazon Music application.
First, we recommend checking the Amazon Music web player collection directly to ensure it is up to date.
Now, if you are seeing your collection updated on the Amazon Music web player but still not on your mobile application, try these solutions:
- Restart your device
- Log out of the Amazon Music application and log in again
- Clear the Amazon Music application "cache"/"memory cache" in your settings directly
- Uninstall and reinstall the Amazon Music application on your device
