Is the batch actually stuck?
Usually, no. Soundiiz keeps the batch marked as In progress until all destination-side work has finished. The progress may remain at 93% or 95% during that final processing.
What should I do?
-
Let the current batch continue
Starting the same transfer again will not make the current batch finish sooner. -
Check its current status
Open Recent transfers, then select the batch to see its details. -
Cancel it only if you no longer need it
An unfinished batch can be canceled from its detail page. Items already added to the destination are not automatically removed.
Why can the final part take longer?
The duration depends on the amount and type of content, the destination service, and the limits applied by that service. The percentage is a progress indicator, not a time estimate.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I get Error 601 when I try again?
Error 601 means another batch is already running on your account. Wait for it to finish or cancel it before starting a new batch.
Will Soundiiz email me when it finishes?
If Batch end notifications are enabled on your account, Soundiiz sends an email when the batch finishes. You can always check the status from Recent transfers.
Where can I see tracks that were not matched?
Open the finished batch to review its results. The detailed report is only retained for a limited time, as explained in Can I Recover Old Transfer, Batch, or Sync Results?
