Soundiiz cannot stop, cancel, undo, or revert an individual transfer, a running Sync, or another process once it has started. This also means there is no Undo option for an operation that has already finished.
The only exception is a Batch: you can cancel the items that have not started yet. Items already in progress continue, and completed transfers remain on the destination platform.
How do I cancel the rest of a Batch?
If you accidentally selected all your playlists instead of just a few, canceling the Batch can prevent its remaining pending items from being transferred.
- Open Batches.
Open the Batch that is still running. - Select Cancel on the active Batch.
Read the warning, then confirm the cancellation.
A completed Batch cannot be canceled.
If your Batch seems stuck, see Why Is My Batch Transfer Stuck at 93% or 95%?
Can I undo changes already made?
No. Canceling a Batch does not delete playlists or content that have already been transferred, and Soundiiz cannot automatically restore a previous playlist version.
Wait for any items still in progress to finish, then review the destination platform. You can manually remove unwanted content or correct the affected playlists there.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will closing Soundiiz stop the operation?
No. Closing the browser or app does not stop an operation that has already started.
Can I stop a Sync that is running?
No. A running Sync cannot be interrupted or undone. Once the current run finishes, disable the Sync to prevent future scheduled runs. Disabling it does not undo earlier changes. You can review previous runs in Synchronization History.
Can Support cancel or reverse the operation for me?
No. Support cannot interrupt a running operation or reverse changes already made. For an active Batch, use Cancel to cancel only its pending items.
