A Sync keeps two playlists up to date, from one source to one destination. Its history is where you see how many tracks were matched at each run, and the detail of the conversion, tracks found and tracks not found. How Soundiiz Playlist Sync Works covers the settings themselves.
What the history shows
Fix a track from a run
A track that was not found can be pointed to the right one directly from the result, which saves it as a matching rule. The correction is used by the runs that follow, never on the run you are looking at, which is already over.
How far back the history goes
A Sync keeps only its five most recent execution-history entries. When a newer run replaces the oldest entry, its track-by-track detail, including matched and unmatched items, is no longer kept.

Frequently Asked Questions
I just created my Sync and its history is empty
Creating a Sync does not run it. The first run happens at the time you picked, and on the next day when that time has already passed today. A daily Sync set up at 4:35 pm therefore runs for the first time the following day at 4:35 pm, and nothing is lost in the meantime.
A run shows an error. Where do I look?
The line carries the reason, most often a music service that ended the authorization it had given us, a playlist that could no longer be read, or a destination that reached its track limit. Why my sync stopped running lists the causes and how to start it again.
Can I undo what a run did?
Not from the history, which records what happened and does not roll it back. It does tell you exactly which tracks were added or removed, so you can put them back on the destination service, and exporting the run as a CSV first makes that list easy to work from.
Can Soundiiz Support recover an older run?
No. Once a run falls outside the five most recent entries, Soundiiz no longer keeps its track-by-track result, and Support cannot restore it.
