Qobuz mobile and desktop applications use using "cache" process to load and display your music collections quickly. That means once you have transferred to Qobuz with Soundiiz, playlists, and favorites may not be reloaded in your Qobuz applications.
First; we recommend directly checking on the Qobuz web player collection and see if all is up to date there: https://play.qobuz.com/user/library/favorites/tracks
If not, be sure to connect the same Qobuz account on Soundiiz and the Qobuz web player (using the same login method too). To confirm you are using the right account, create a new "test" playlist on the Qobuz web player and reload the Soundiiz interface. You should see this playlist listed on Soundiiz under "Playlists" tab.
Now, if you are seeing your collection updated on the Qobuz web player but still not on your Qobuz applications, try these solutions:
- Restart your device
- Logout from the Qobuz application and log in again
- Clear the Qobuz application "cache"/"memory cache" in your settings directly
- Uninstall and install the Qobuz application back on your device
