Common questions
Will my playlists be deleted from the source service?
No. A transfer copies your music to the destination service and leaves the source playlist untouched. Soundiiz never moves or deletes what you already have.

A few seconds under 100 tracks, one to three minutes up to 500 tracks, and ten minutes or more for a full library. You can close your browser, the transfer keeps running.

The destination service is limiting how many requests Soundiiz can send, usually during a peak such as a year-end recap. It is temporary and has nothing to do with your account.

The music service does not offer that action to outside apps at all. Retrying, reconnecting or upgrading returns the same message, and nothing was changed on either side.

Open Settings, go to Plan, click Cancel, then confirm. Premium stays active until the end of the billing cycle you already paid for.
