ACCOUNT CREATION
The registration check could not run in your browser
Soundiiz uses invisible Google reCAPTCHA when you create an account with an email and password. A blocker, strict browser setting, or network filter can prevent the check from returning a valid result.
This error concerns email-and-password registration
The current Soundiiz login form does not run this CAPTCHA. If you see a different error while signing in, use the message shown there or read the Soundiiz account sign-in guide.
Try these fixes in order
-
Allow scripts and cookies for Soundiiz
Temporarily turn off the ad blocker, privacy shield, script blocker, or anti-tracking rule for soundiiz.com. -
Allow Google reCAPTCHA
A DNS filter, firewall, or browser extension may block Google’s reCAPTCHA script. Allow it, then reload the registration page. -
Open a private window or another browser
This tests the form without most extensions and stale site data. Enter the registration details again rather than reusing an old tab. -
Try another network
A work, school, VPN, or filtered network may block the verification request. Disconnect the VPN or try a normal mobile or home connection.
Do not repeatedly submit the same blocked form
First reload after changing the browser or network setting. Repeated attempts cannot create a valid CAPTCHA token while the verification script is blocked.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why did I never see a CAPTCHA puzzle?
Soundiiz uses invisible reCAPTCHA. Google can validate the request in the background and only shows a challenge when it decides one is needed.
Can I create an account without Google reCAPTCHA?
The email-and-password registration flow requires a valid CAPTCHA result. You can also use an available supported sign-in provider from the registration page.
The error remains in two browsers. What should I send Support?
Tell us the browser and version, device, network type, whether a VPN or blocker is active, and the exact time of the latest attempt. Do not send a password.
Still seeing “Invalid CAPTCHA” after trying another browser and network?
Send the exact error and time of the attempt, along with the browser version and device. That is enough to investigate without any password.
