APPLE PAY & GOOGLE PAY
Use a wallet when the checkout displays its button
The available wallet depends on your device and browser. Your country and the cards already set up in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet also matter.
Pay with a supported wallet
-
Add an eligible card to your device wallet
Finish any verification requested by Apple, Google, or the card issuer. -
Open Soundiiz checkout in a compatible browser
If the wallet is available for that device and purchase, its button appears automatically. -
Review and confirm the payment sheet
Check the selected card and billing amount before authorizing with the device security method.
The wallet is the payment method, not the subscription manager
A web purchase made with Apple Pay or Google Pay is processed by Stripe for Soundiiz. It does not appear as an App Store or Google Play subscription.
If the wallet button does not appear
Check that an eligible card is active in the device wallet.
Use the browser normally associated with that wallet and avoid private browsing.
Use another payment method if the wallet is unavailable for your country, device, or card.
Manage or cancel a recurring web subscription
Manage it in Soundiiz, even though the underlying card came from Apple Pay or Google Pay. See how to cancel a Soundiiz subscription. Removing the card from the wallet does not replace cancellation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I see Apple Pay but not Google Pay?
The checkout only shows wallets available in the current browser and device environment. Another device may show a different option.
Do I cancel an Apple Pay purchase in Apple subscriptions?
No. A Soundiiz web checkout paid with Apple Pay remains a Soundiiz subscription handled through Stripe. Cancel it in Soundiiz.
What if the wallet payment is declined?
The card issuer makes the approval decision. Check the card in the wallet, contact the issuer, or use another available payment method.
Payment completed but the plan did not change?
Send us the attempt time, wallet name, and the receipt or charge reference. Never send a full card number.
