Why the account is scheduled for deletion
Soundiiz periodically removes long-unused free accounts as a privacy and security measure. The current process targets free accounts whose last successful sign-in was more than two years ago.
The email states the planned deletion date. It is sent before deletion so you can keep the account if you still need it.
To keep the account
-
Open Soundiiz from the official website
Go directly to soundiiz.com rather than following an unexpected link. -
Sign in before the deletion date
A successful sign-in refreshes the account's activity and cancels the pending expiration marker. -
Reset access if needed
Use the password-reset flow or the same Google, Spotify, Apple, or other sign-in provider that created the account.
If you want the account deleted
You do not need to act on the inactivity notice. If you prefer not to wait, follow the account and data deletion procedure. An active paid plan, ongoing transfer, payment processing, or open payment dispute must be resolved first.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to transfer anything to keep the account?
No. A successful sign-in before the stated deletion date is enough.
Why did I receive the email after more than two years?
The cleanup runs progressively. Eligibility is based on long inactivity, while the email provides the exact deadline for your account.
Does this apply to an active paid account?
The inactivity cleanup targets free accounts. If the email appears inconsistent with your current plan, sign in and contact Support before the stated date.
