Check these first
Half of the messages we receive are about a payment or a subscription, and most of them already have an answer here. These four take a minute instead of a day.
Where to write
The contact form is open at all hours, and you can use it whether or not you can still sign in to your account.
In the Soundiiz app on a computer, a Help button sits at the bottom right of every screen. It searches this help centre first, then lets you leave a message if nothing here fits. A message sent from there already carries your account, so we do not have to start by asking which one it is.
When you will hear back
Soundiiz is a small team, and messages are read in the order they arrive. On a weekday, most of them get their first answer the same day or the next one. A message sent on a Friday or over the weekend is normally answered on Monday.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a paid plan to get support?
No. The same Help button is there whether your account is free or paid, and every message lands in the same queue.
I cannot sign in, so I cannot cancel. What do I do?
Write from any address you can still use, and give the email address you signed up with together with the amount and date of the last payment. Those details are enough for us to find the account and stop the renewal.
I wrote and never heard back. Where should I look?
Replies arrive by email, so check your spam folder before writing again. If nothing is there, reply on your original message rather than sending a new one, which splits the conversation in two.
Can I write in my own language?
Yes. We read messages in every language, and you can keep writing in yours for the rest of the conversation.
