The name you see on your statement
Soundiiz is operated by BRICKOFT SAS, a company registered in France, and that is the name your bank prints rather than ours. Depending on your bank, the line reads BRICKOFT, BRICKOFT SAS, or PREMIUM COUERON. And if you subscribed inside one of our apps, the name is not ours at all.
So a charge you do not recognize under one of those names is a Soundiiz subscription, most often one that renewed on its own. If it is yours and you no longer want it, the pages on canceling and on refunds take it from there.
How you can pay
All payments on our website go through Stripe. The methods offered depend on the country your card or account belongs to, so the payment screen shows those available to you rather than the full list.
Your card details go straight to Stripe over an encrypted connection and are stored on their side only. We never see them, and we never ask for them by email.
Frequently Asked Questions
I see two charges for the same month.
Usually one is a pending authorization that disappears on its own within a few days, and only one is real. If both settle, write to us with the two dates and we will look at it.
Why is my method missing from the payment screen?
Because it is not available in your country, or your wallet has no card saved in it. Apple Pay and Google Pay only appear once a card is set up on the device.
Can I pay once instead of subscribing?
Our plans are subscriptions, monthly or yearly, and the monthly one can be canceled right after a single month. The pricing page lays out what each one includes.
Do you keep my card number?
No. Stripe holds it and we only see the last four digits and the brand, which is what lets us recognize a payment without ever handling the number.
