If you received a Soundiiz voucher, coupon or promotional code from Soundiiz or an official partner:
- Open the official Soundiiz voucher page.
- Enter the code exactly as provided.
- Select Submit.
- Sign in or create a Soundiiz account when requested.
- Follow any partner-specific connection step shown on screen.
There is no universal Soundiiz promo code. Codes are issued for specific partner offers or campaigns and may have their own eligibility and validity period.
Where do I enter the code?
Use soundiiz.com/voucher. Do not enter the code in the Help Center search box, a subscription checkout coupon field or a music service's own redeem page unless the offer instructions explicitly say so.
Why is my voucher invalid?
A code can be rejected when:
- It was typed incorrectly or includes an extra space.
- It has expired or was not activated during the campaign period.
- It has already been used.
- Your account does not meet the partner offer's eligibility rules.
- Your current Soundiiz subscription conflicts with the offer.
Check the email, card or partner page where you received the code for its activation deadline and eligibility conditions.
What should I send to Support?
If the code is still valid but the official voucher page rejects it, contact Soundiiz Support and include:
- The name of the partner or campaign.
- The date and place where you received the code.
- A screenshot of the error and the offer conditions.
- The email address of your Soundiiz account.
