Choose updates for transfers and Syncs, plus account services
Use the Notifications settings to turn each optional email category on or off without changing the underlying Soundiiz feature.
Open the notification settings

Open your Soundiiz account menu
Select Notifications in the account settings. -
Switch each email category on or off
The change is saved to your account and applies to future notifications.
Available categories
Security and account notices are separate
Turning off optional product notifications does not disable essential messages such as a new sign-in alert, password reset, or scheduled account-deletion notice.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does disabling an email stop the Sync or transfer?
No. It changes only the email. The job still runs and its result remains available in Soundiiz.
Why did I still receive a security email?
Security and required account notices are not optional product notifications, so their delivery is not controlled by these switches.
Why is an enabled email missing?
Check spam and filtering rules, then confirm the email address in your Soundiiz account. Some notifications are sent only for the matching result state.
An enabled notification never arrives?
Tell us the notification category, the related transfer or Sync, and when it finished.
