What Soundiiz transfers
Soundiiz reads the track information in the exported file and searches for matches in the destination service's catalog. It transfers the playlist's track list, not the audio files. Some tracks may be missing if the destination does not carry them, restricts them in your country, or uses different metadata.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can Soundiiz connect directly to Sonos?
No. Soundiiz cannot currently read the tracks inside a Sonos playlist directly. Export the playlist with a compatible third-party tool, then import the resulting file.
How do I export a Sonos playlist on iPhone or iPad?
Use Phonos Plus and choose its playlist export option. It can create an XML file designed for Soundiiz import.
How do I export a Sonos playlist on Windows or macOS?
Use SonoSaver to export the playlist as CSV or M3U, then import that file into Soundiiz.
Can I export a Sonos playlist on Android?
We do not currently have a tested Android-only export workflow. If possible, use Phonos Plus on iPhone or iPad, or SonoSaver on Windows or macOS.
Does this download music from Sonos?
No. The exported file contains playlist and track information. Soundiiz uses that information to find matches in the destination catalog; no audio is downloaded.
