Two libraries in one app
YouTube Music holds the catalog everyone streams, and next to it the files you added yourself, sitting side by side in the same playlists. On screen they look identical. From outside, only the catalog exists.
So a playlist of forty songs can arrive on Soundiiz with twenty five, and a transfer can come back with a score that looks poor for no reason. The missing ones are almost always your own files.
Telling them apart before you transfer
Open the playlist in YouTube Music, then open the same one on Soundiiz. The songs present on one side and absent on the other are your uploads, and that comparison takes a few seconds.
There is a way to bring them along, and it is manual. Search each one in the YouTube Music catalog, add that version to your playlist, and it becomes an ordinary song we can read. Worth doing for a handful, not for a thousand.

My playlist looks shorter on Soundiiz than in the app.
That gap is your uploaded files. They stay in YouTube Music and never reach us, so we cannot show them, count them, or move them.
Will a paid plan retrieve them?
No. A plan changes how much you can move with us, never what YouTube agrees to hand over. The same songs are out of reach on every plan.
My score is low but the songs are all from the catalog.
Then it is a different problem, a matching one. The page on failed conversions and low scores covers it and shows how to fix the tracks by hand.
Can I at least get a list of what is missing?
Not from us, because the songs never arrive in the first place, and we cannot list what we have never seen. Comparing the two playlists side by side is the only way.
