A track can be listed for purchase or preview on Beatport and still be unavailable for a Soundiiz playlist transfer.

Soundiiz can add only tracks available for Beatport Streaming

Labels and rights holders can keep a release in the Beatport Store without making its full track available through the Streaming subscription catalog.

Why a track can be missing

A short preview plays	A preview does not prove that the track is available to a Streaming playlist.
Another edition is available	An Intro, Extended, Remix, Clean, or radio version is a different recording and may require a different plan or match.
The track used to work	Catalog rights can change, so a previously available release may later be unavailable.

Check the track before retrying

Open the exact release on Beatport
Check the title and artists first. Then verify the exact edition against its label and release date instead of relying on a similarly named result.
Confirm full playback with your Streaming plan
A store page or preview alone does not confirm that the track can be used in the destination playlist.
Review the Soundiiz result
If another eligible edition exists, use the transfer result to select the correct track. Otherwise the unavailable track must remain skipped.

What happened to Beatsource?

Beatport phased out Beatsource as a standalone service in 2026 and moved customer playlists and streaming plans to Beatport. After your account has migrated, connect and transfer to Beatport in Soundiiz.

Some migrated Beatsource tracks can be unavailable on Beatport

Beatport says those tracks remain listed in migrated playlists but may be greyed out, hidden, or unable to load until a matching Beatport release is available.

Why can I buy the track but not transfer it to a Beatport playlist?

Buying and streaming use different rights. The label may sell the track while keeping it outside the Beatport Streaming catalog.

Would another Soundiiz plan find more Beatport tracks?

No. A Soundiiz plan does not change the tracks Beatport makes available for streaming or the editions included in your Beatport plan.

Should I still connect Beatsource in Soundiiz?

Use Beatport after your Beatsource account has migrated. Beatport now carries the migrated playlists and streaming subscription.

A fully streamable Beatport track is still skipped?

Send the transfer URL and two or three Beatport track links for the exact editions that should have matched.
