APPLE SIGN-IN
Use the same Apple Account and the right email choice
A private relay address can prevent a new web account from being created. An older Soundiiz account may still be linked to that relay address.
Creating a new Soundiiz account on the website
When Apple asks how to share your email, choose Share My Email. A new Soundiiz web account cannot be created with an address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com.

Already used Sign in with Apple?
Choose Sign in with Apple again and use the same Apple Account. Do not create a separate Soundiiz account just because you cannot see the first one.
If Apple no longer offers Share My Email
-
Open your Apple Account settings
Find the apps and websites using Sign in with Apple. -
Stop using Sign in with Apple for Soundiiz
Apple documents this control in Manage your apps with Sign in with Apple. -
Return to Soundiiz and try again
Choose Share My Email when Apple presents the choice.
Older accounts with a private relay address
An account created in the former Soundiiz iOS app may legitimately use an Apple private relay address. You can find that address in the Sign in with Apple settings for Soundiiz.
A Soundiiz password-reset email sent to the relay address reaches you only while Apple email forwarding for Soundiiz remains active. The safest route is to sign in with the same Apple Account first.
Still cannot access the account?
Tell us whether the account was created on the website or the former iOS app and include the address Apple shows for Soundiiz. Never send your Apple password or verification code.
