Move favorite tracks as Tracks in Soundiiz, then look for them in YouTube Music’s automatic Liked Music playlist.

A playlist transfer does not like every song

Playlists and favorite tracks are two different types of music data. In Soundiiz, favorite tracks live under Library › Tracks. Choose the one that matches the result you want:

A playlist	A regular playlist. Its tracks are not automatically liked.
Library › Tracks	Matched tracks are liked and should appear in the automatic Liked Music playlist.

Moving Spotify Liked Songs?

Open Spotify under Library › Tracks in Soundiiz and transfer those tracks to YouTube Music. Moving a playlist named “Liked Songs” creates a playlist; it does not reproduce the liked state.

Where to find Liked Music

Open YouTube Music on the web
The web player is the best place to separate an account issue from a mobile app cache issue.
Go to Library › Playlists › Liked Music
YouTube Music creates and manages this playlist automatically.
Check the Google account and channel
One Google account can contain several YouTube channels. Make sure YouTube Music is using the same channel that you connected to Soundiiz.
Check the YouTube likes setting
In YouTube Music settings, enable Show your liked music from YouTube. Google explains how likes are stored in YouTube Music’s library.

If the batch is complete but tracks are missing

Check one missing track directly in YouTube Music. What you see there determines the next step.

The track is liked, but absent from Liked Music. Refresh the web player, then sign out and back in. If it is still missing, remove and reapply the like directly in YouTube Music to refresh Google’s automatic playlist.

The track is not liked. Open the batch details and check whether that track was not found or matched to another version. See how to review failed matches and low scores.

A regular playlist arrived, but Liked Music did not change. The source was transferred as a playlist rather than as favorite tracks. Run a new transfer from Library › Tracks.

Liked Music has an operational limit

Soundiiz currently applies a limit of 5,000 tracks to YouTube and YouTube Music playlists, including Liked Music. Check the current playlist limits before moving a larger library.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does transferring a playlist also like every track?

No. A playlist transfer creates a playlist. To reproduce liked songs, transfer the source service’s favorite tracks from Library › Tracks.

Why is a track liked but missing from Liked Music?

The like can exist on the song before Google’s automatic playlist lists it. Refresh the web player, sign out and back in, then remove and reapply the like in YouTube Music if the playlist still does not update.

Why is the transferred count lower than my Spotify Liked Songs count?

Some tracks may not have a match in YouTube Music, and Soundiiz applies a 5,000-track limit to Liked Music. The batch details separate unmatched tracks from tracks that were sent successfully.

Can I keep Spotify Liked Songs synchronized with YouTube Music?

No. Soundiiz Syncs keep playlists updated; favorite tracks are transferred as a one-time operation. If you need ongoing automation, first maintain a source playlist containing those tracks.

Liked Music still does not match the batch?

Send us the batch number, the source and destination accounts, the expected and visible counts, and whether one missing track shows as liked when opened directly.
