What the yellow status means
The connection has started, but the music service has not completed the authorization yet. Look for the sign-in window opened by Soundiiz, then finish every step there. The service icon turns green only after the authorization returns successfully.
Try these steps in order
-
Return to the sign-in window
It may be behind the Soundiiz tab or another browser window. Sign in to the music service and approve the requested access. -
Use the connection-window prompt
If the browser blocked the window, Soundiiz shows an Open sign-in window button. Use it to continue the same connection. -
Allow pop-ups for soundiiz.com
Check the blocked-window icon in the browser address bar, allow the window, then start the connection again. -
Retry without browser extensions
A private window or another browser can rule out an ad blocker, privacy extension, VPN extension, or stale sign-in session.
For the normal connection path and the Platforms settings page, see How to connect your music accounts to Soundiiz.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if no sign-in window appears?
The browser probably blocked it. Use the Open sign-in window prompt, or allow pop-ups for soundiiz.com and try again.
I signed in, but the icon is still yellow. What now?
Close the unfinished sign-in window, reload Soundiiz, and connect again. Make sure you approve every authorization step instead of only signing in.
The service turns red or disconnects immediately. Is that the same issue?
No. That means the service rejected or ended the connection. Retry once, then use the platform-specific guide or send Support the exact message shown on screen.
