There are some prerequisites to connecting Apple Music service to Soundiiz.
What do I have to check?
- Be sure to have an active Apple Music subscription (learn more)
- Have to turn on iCloud Music Library (how to do ?)
- If you have created an Apple account without connecting it to an Apple device, please contact Apple support, as they may have something to update on their side.
- Apple is not allowing developers to access or connect an Apple Music "child account" OR "curator account" to a third-party service like Soundiiz.
Do you still have the issue?
Apple Music API has an issue loading the translation language file for some languages. If you have a blank page after the login process or nothing happens after filling in your credentials, please close your browser and change your device's system language to "English—United States."
Once this is done, open your browser and try to complete this login process; it should work now. If not, try using another browser, like Firefox or Chrome.
Also, you can try contacting the Apple support team directly and asking them to refresh your email in their system. It can often help.
Unfortunately, if it is still not working, it's an Apple-side issue, as the URL confirms. They are probably working on it, but as it's only happening for some users, it could take some time.
The authentication process to connect an Apple Music account inside the Soundiiz Android App could also fail. In that case, we recommend you use the Google Chrome browser directly instead on your Android device and go to https://soundiiz.com/webapp to connect Apple Music to your Soundiiz account from there.
