There are some requirements before being able to update your Apple Music collection or add playlists to your account. Without them, transferring data to Apple Music will not be possible.
Please double-check these conditions:
- Having an active paid Apple Music subscription (learn more)
- Turn ON "Sync Library" setting in iTunes or Apple Music App (how to do ?)
- Be sure to sign with the correct Apple Music account (it could be different from your main iCloud Account). For that, once you connect Apple Music on Soundiiz, could you double-check that you are right seeing your existing playlists? If not, you are not connected with the correct Apple Music account.
Also, if you have recently joined an "Apple Music Family" subscription, it could take up to a few days before your Apple Music account is considered "active". As long as your Apple Music account is not "active"; we will not be able to create playlists or add elements to your library.
