SoundMachine station requirements
Before importing, SoundMachine currently asks for:
What happens after the transfer
-
Soundiiz submits the playlist
Soundiiz sends the title and available track metadata to SoundMachine. -
SoundMachine matches and filters tracks
Unavailable tracks and explicit tracks may be rejected. Different metadata can also lead to another recording or version being selected. -
SoundMachine validates the station
SoundMachine advises allowing 20 to 30 minutes for matching and validation before judging the final station.
If a playlist with the same name already exists, Soundiiz creates the new one with a timestamp added to its name.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the SoundMachine station empty?
Wait for SoundMachine to finish processing, then confirm that enough unique, non-explicit tracks were accepted to meet its station requirements.
Why are some recordings different?
SoundMachine makes the final match in its own catalog. Similar titles and artists can resolve to another version, including a live or alternate recording.
Why was a timestamp added to the playlist name?
SoundMachine does not allow multiple stations with the same name. Soundiiz adds a timestamp so the new import can be created without replacing the existing station.
