SMARTLINKS
Link directly to one destination
Add a service name to a Smartlink URL when a campaign needs a direct platform link.
A standard Smartlink opens a landing page where listeners choose a music service. A service shortcut skips that choice and redirects visitors to one destination already added to the Smartlink.
Build a direct service URL
-
Publish the Smartlink
The shortcut can only resolve destinations that are present on the published Smartlink. -
Copy its public URL
For example: https://soundiiz.sdz.sh/my-release -
Append the service key
For Spotify, use /spotify: https://soundiiz.sdz.sh/my-release/spotify
Use the destination key shown by Soundiiz
The Smartlink editor generates direct URLs for the destinations on your page. Copy the generated URL when possible instead of guessing a key.
Test the direct URL before adding it to a campaign, profile, or newsletter.
A missing destination cannot be opened by a shortcut
If the requested service is not on the Smartlink, the visitor is sent back to the standard Smartlink page rather than to an unrelated service.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the original Smartlink URL still work?
Yes. Share the URL without a service key when you want visitors to see every available destination.
Can I create a shortcut for every service?
You can create one for each service destination currently added to that Smartlink.
What happens if I change a destination?
The shortcut follows the current destination on the published Smartlink. Allow a few minutes for a recent update to appear.
A shortcut is not redirecting correctly?
Send us the full shortcut URL and the destination you expected.
