Why is "Run now" greyed out?
The feature comes with the Premium and Creator plans, so it stays out of reach on a free account. It is also unavailable while that Sync is already queued or running.
I ran it and nothing changed in my playlist
A Sync compares both playlists with the state they had at the previous run. When neither the source nor the destination changed since then, there is nothing to do and the run ends without touching anything. Add or remove a track on either side, then run it again.
I am on a paid plan and it still refuses to run
Check how many Syncs your account holds against what your plan allows. When there are more Syncs than the plan covers, running one on demand is turned down until you delete the extra ones or raise your capacity.
