ERROR 303
Check the source, then try again
Soundiiz could not read the playlist, link, or file used by this action. The next check depends on where that source comes from.
What error 303 means
The message is: “The source couldn't be read.”
Soundiiz could not read the source content needed for the action. This is different from a transfer result showing individual tracks as Not found on the destination.
If the source is a music service
- Open the source on that service
Check that the playlist or collection opens in the source service. If you are using a connected music account in Soundiiz, confirm that it is the account you intended to use. - Try again later if the source opens normally
A service can temporarily return content that Soundiiz cannot read. A playlist opening in its own app does not guarantee that it is readable through Soundiiz at that moment. - Tell us if the same source keeps failing
Send the source service, the playlist URL, the approximate time, and the action that produced error 303. If another playlist works, mention that too.
If you are importing a link or file
Check that you selected the import method matching your source. For a link, copy the full playlist URL again. For a file, make sure it opens correctly and follows the expected format; if it looks incomplete, export a fresh copy from the original source.
Use the guide to importing a URL, CSV file, or plain text to choose the right method. For a CSV file, compare it with the supported CSV format.
Still unable to read the source?
Send error 303, the source service or file format, your steps, and the approximate time. Never send a password, authorization code, or access token.
