Why is the exact hour assigned automatically?
Every Sync depends on the source and destination services. Those services limit how many API requests can be made within a given period. Soundiiz therefore places each execution in an available time slot instead of letting every account choose the same busy hour.
What can I choose?
-
Choose the start date
Set the date from which the Sync schedule should apply. -
Choose the frequency
Use a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule that matches how often the source playlist changes. -
Review the next execution
Open the Sync detail page and check Next exec to see the run Soundiiz has planned. -
Run it manually when needed
Use Run now if that control is available on your Sync and you need an extra execution outside the schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I choose a different timezone for one Sync?
No. The current Sync form does not expose a per-Sync time or timezone setting.
Will a daily Sync always run at exactly the same minute?
Soundiiz plans a recurring slot, but provider availability can delay an execution. Check the Sync history after the run if timing looks unusual.
Should every Sync run daily?
No. Choose weekly or monthly when the source changes less often. This avoids unnecessary executions and leaves your Sync setup easier to manage.
