You maybe want to connect a specific profile of your Deezer Family account to Soundiiz or another Deezer account.
There are some prerequisites to connect a specific Deezer account to Soundiiz and not the main account.
- Be sure to disconnect the current profile Deezer connected to Soundiiz.
- You can go to the Deezer web application in your browser and double-check that you are using the profile you want to connect to Soundiiz.
- Go to the Soundiiz web application and connect your Deezer account.
- Check whether data retrieved by Soundiiz are from the right family profile or the good Deezer account.
Important: be sure to use the same browser during this manipulation. Also, if you are not seeing the right data here, disconnect from Soundiiz, check again you are on the right profile in your Deezer web tab, and connect Deezer again to Soundiiz.
