Connect a different Deezer account or profile
-
Disconnect Deezer from Soundiiz
Remove the current Deezer connection before starting a new authorization. -
Sign out on the Deezer website
In the same browser, go to deezer.com and sign out completely. Closing the tab or disconnecting Deezer only from Soundiiz does not end the Deezer website session. -
Sign in to the Deezer account you want
Sign in on deezer.com with the other account. If you use Deezer Family, select the intended profile there before continuing. -
Connect Deezer again from Soundiiz
Return to Soundiiz in that same browser, select Connect for Deezer, and approve the authorization. -
Check the account before transferring or syncing
Check the Deezer name and playlists displayed in Soundiiz. If they belong to the wrong account, disconnect and restart from the Deezer sign-out step.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does Deezer reconnect the wrong account automatically?
The Deezer authorization page is reusing the session already open on deezer.com. Disconnect Deezer from Soundiiz, sign out on the Deezer website, sign in to the intended account, and then reconnect.
Does this also work with a Deezer Family profile?
Yes. Start by signing out on deezer.com, then sign in again and select the Family profile you want before reconnecting Deezer to Soundiiz.
Can I keep two Deezer accounts connected at the same time?
No. Soundiiz uses one Deezer connection at a time. Connecting another account or profile replaces the current connection.
My transfer went to the wrong Deezer account. Can it be moved?
It cannot be moved automatically. Connect the intended Deezer account and run the transfer again. The first transfer stays in the other account until you delete it in Deezer.
The correct account is connected, but I still cannot find my transfer.
Check our guide to transferred music you cannot see on Deezer. It explains where Deezer may display each type of transferred music.
