Which ones are missing
Apple decides what it shares with outside apps, and these two kinds are not part of it. It has nothing to do with your subscription or with how the playlist was made: the same list is visible to you in the app and invisible to every tool connected to your account, ours included.
Making a copy we can read

Create an empty playlist in Apple Music
Do it in the account connected to Soundiiz, and give it a name you will recognise in a list. -
Copy the songs into it
Open the playlist Apple keeps to itself, select its tracks and add them to the new one. A smart playlist can be selected in full on a Mac, which is quicker than it sounds. -
Reload Soundiiz
The copy appears with your other playlists, and behaves like any of them for a transfer or a backup file.

The playlist is right there in my app. Why can you not see it?
Because the app and an outside tool do not get the same answer from Apple. Your app reads everything, we read what Apple agrees to share, and these two kinds are outside it.
Does a copy stay up to date?
No, it is a snapshot taken the day you made it. A smart playlist keeps changing on its own, while its copy stays exactly as you left it.
Would a paid plan show them?
No. A plan changes how much you can move with us. It cannot change what Apple hands over.
My ordinary playlists are missing too.
