Where Spotify puts each thing

This is the first reason people think a transfer failed. Favorites are not playlists on Spotify, they go to four separate shelves of your library.

The right shelf is empty too

Then check the web player before anything else. It reads your account live, while the phone and desktop apps show a copy they refresh on their own schedule.

1. Open Spotify in a browser
   Go to your library, and to Liked Songs or Albums depending on what you moved.
2. It is there on the web, but not in the app
   The transfer worked and your app is behind. Sign out and back in, then clear its cache from the Spotify settings, and reinstall it if it still lags. Nothing is lost while you do this.
3. It is missing on the web too
   Then the music went to another Spotify account, and the section below is for you.

Two accounts, one email address

Signing in with Google, Facebook or Apple creates a Spotify account of its own, separate from the one you may have opened earlier with an email and a password. Both can carry the same address, and each has its own library.

So the transfer went somewhere, just not to the account your app is signed into. Use the same sign-in method everywhere, on the web player, in the app and on Soundiiz, and the music reappears. The quickest proof takes ten seconds: create a playlist on the web player, then look for it in Soundiiz. If it is not listed there, the two are not the same account.
