When you start a transfer on Soundiiz, it first creates a Batch in your Batches list. Before it actually begins transferring your tracks, the batch will display the status “Pending”.
Most of the time, this status means your transfer is queued and waiting to start. This can happen during peak usage periods when our servers are processing many transfers at once.
✅ No need to worry — your transfer will start automatically very soon.
There’s nothing you need to do: you can even close Soundiiz or your browser. Everything runs on our servers in the background.
Also, be aware that the progress bar for "Playlists" is per "playlist" and not per songs in the playlist. Favorite additions are only made at the end of the category matching process.
Once the transfer is complete, you’ll receive an email notification, so you’ll know as soon as it’s done!
There is no need to check the destination before receiving this email, as the data will not be refreshed on the destination platform yet.
