The list of Smartlink destinations changes over time and is separate from the list of services that Soundiiz can connect for transfers or Syncs.
What to do
-
Search the available destinations
In the Smartlink editor, select Add Link and check the current list. A service may be available under its public brand name. -
Use Website or Official Store when appropriate
These generic destinations can point to a valid web page when no dedicated merchant or service button is needed. -
Request a dedicated destination
Contact support with the exact service name and its official website. The team reviews destination requests, but availability and timing cannot be guaranteed.
Destination does not mean connection
A service can appear as a clickable Smartlink destination even when it cannot be connected to Soundiiz for playlist transfers or Syncs. The Smartlink only needs a public destination URL.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is a Smartlink destination missing from the transfer list?
The two lists serve different purposes. A Smartlink can open a public web URL without Soundiiz having a connection that can read or write playlists on that service.
Can I add a service before it has a dedicated button?
When a generic label is suitable, add its valid URL as Website or Official Store. Otherwise, request the dedicated destination.
What should I include in a request?
Include the exact brand name, official website, and an example public music or store URL.
