Can I trust Soundiiz?
Soundiiz adheres to the highest data protection standards while transferring your music library. Soundiiz is also fully GDPR compliant; information such as your user ID, username, and music library content remains secure.
What about my music account credentials?
Soundiiz uses as much as possible, and the OAuth Authorize process connects Soundiiz and the music service when it's available.
That means you will be redirected to a web page hosted by the music service and doing all the connection processes on the third-party service side. In exchange, we are getting an access token to retrieve the data you have agreed to share with Soundiiz.
What about music services that are not providing the OAuth Authorize Interface? This time, Soundiiz will host the login page. Your credentials will be sent to us under SSL protocol and immediately exchanged for an access token with the music service. Only this access token will be saved on the Soundiiz side (also with a cryptographic method).
At any time, just by changing your password on the music service or revoking access to Soundiiz, this access token will be invalidated and couldn't be usable anymore. Please don't do that if you still have a running process on the Soundiiz side.
You can delete access tokens we have of the music service you have connected just by disconnecting the platform on the Soundiiz interface.
Soundiiz is not collecting any data to share or sell to third parties.
About the access to your music account
In addition to a secure login process, Soundiiz can only access some information about your music accounts. This access is limited and secured by APIs we are using. Even if Soundiiz needs a large panel of permissions to provide so many features, your actions on your music accounts are your responsibility. So, be careful when using Soundiiz features like the "delete" feature; there's no rollback possible.
About credit card information for subscribers
All the Soundiiz payment process is done under a secure canal SSL by our provider STRIPE, which also holds card information.
We've chosen Stripe as our payment processor; big and small businesses and start-ups trust them.
