Once you have connected successfully Google Play Music, you will be able to retrieve elements under "My Library" on Soundiiz.
Tracks, Artists and Albums retrieved here are taken from your "Thumbs Up" tracks playlist Google Play Music.
That means if you are doing a "Thumbs Up" on a GPM track, you will also see the Album and the Artist here on the Soundiiz list.
What about my saved tracks collection Google Play Music ?
We are able to retrieve them up to 50 000 tracks and are under a generated playlist called "Library Tracks". If you have connected Google Play Music to Soundiiz you can follow this link.
If you want to move this playlist we recommend you to use "Split" feature first on it to have playlists with 1000 tracks max per playlist (limit of GPM) and then use "Platform to Platform" tool to move them to the destination.
How can I export / import all my Artists and Albums from my Library Google Music ?
A simple solution is to export as file (CSV) the "Library Tracks" playlist generated Soundiiz. Once you've got the file, open it and do some updates:
- If you want to get all your Albums to import it back after anywhere, delete all columns to have only "album;artist;" and rename column "album" in "title" to have "title;artist;" (where title is the old "album" column)
- If you want to get all your Artists to import it back after anywhere, delete all columns to have only "artist;" and rename column in "name" (where name is the old "artist" column)
Once your CSV file has been updated, go back to Soundiiz and choose "Albums" or "Artists" in left panel and then use "Import" option in top right of the interface. Follow steps after that and it's done !
If you got an error message during the import, could be because the list is too long. Try to split the file in smaller parts while keeping the header line.
