Soundiiz does not keep a restorable copy of deleted music collections

A delete, replace, or Sync update is applied to the connected music service. Recovery depends on that service or on another copy you still have.

Stop Syncs before attempting recovery

If an active Sync points to the affected playlist, disable it first. Otherwise a recovered version can be updated again by the next execution.

What Soundiiz can and cannot restore

Soundiiz does not create a backup snapshot before deleting a playlist or favorite, replacing playlist contents, or applying a Sync update. Transfer and Sync result histories are reports; they are not copies from which a playlist can be rebuilt.

What is still available	Best recovery route
The music service offers a recycle bin or playlist recovery page	Use that service’s own recovery feature first. It has the authoritative copy and timestamps.
The playlist still exists on another connected service	Transfer that intact playlist back to the affected service after disabling any Sync that could overwrite it again.
You previously exported a CSV, XML, or other supported file	Import the saved file into Soundiiz, then transfer it to the music service.
No service copy and no exported file remain	Soundiiz cannot reconstruct the former playlist or favorite collection from its history. Contact the music service in case it retains a recoverable version.

Prevent this next time

Can Support restore a playlist deleted through Soundiiz?

Not from Soundiiz data. Support can help identify the action and recovery route, but Soundiiz does not hold a restorable playlist snapshot.

Does Recent transfers contain my old playlist contents?

No. Soundiiz histories describe executions and matching results for a limited time. They are not backups of the source or destination playlist.

What if a Sync ran in the wrong direction?

Disable the Sync immediately. Recover from the music service, another intact platform, or an exported file, then verify source and destination before creating the Sync again.

Will deleting my Soundiiz account delete my playlists?

Deleting a Soundiiz account is separate from deleting playlists on a connected music service. Playlist deletion happens when you explicitly run a delete or another action that updates that service.
