There's some requirements before being able to update your Apple Music collection or adding playlists to your account. Without them, transferring datas to Apple Music is not working.
Please double check these conditions:
- Having an active paid Apple Music subscription (learn more)
- Turn ON "Sync Library" setting in iTunes or Apple Music App (how to do ?)
- Be sure to sign with the correct Apple Music account (it could be different from your main iCloud Account). For that, once connected Apple Music on Soundiiz, double-check that you are correctly seeing your existing playlists. If not, that means you are not connected with the right Apple Music account.
