You can transfer them in two different ways:
These two methods produce different results, so choose the one that matches what you want to do.
Where are my Liked Songs in Soundiiz?
After connecting your music service, Soundiiz can display your liked or favorite tracks in two places.
Under Library > Tracks
This section represents the tracks saved or liked in your music-service library.
Depending on what the connected service allows, adding or removing tracks here can also update your favorites on that service.
Use this section when you want to transfer your songs as actual Likes or Favorites on the destination platform.
Under Library > Playlists
Soundiiz may also display a virtual playlist generated from your favorite tracks.
Its name can vary depending on the source service, for example:
This item is marked Generated in Soundiiz. It is not necessarily a regular playlist on the original music service.
Use this generated playlist when you want to create a normal playlist containing your liked songs.
Transfer Liked Songs as favorites
Use this method when you want the tracks to appear in the destination service’s Likes, Favorites, or saved music library.
- Open Soundiiz and sign in.
- Connect the source and destination music services.
- Open the Transfer tool.
- Select the source and destination. Both can be the same service if you are moving between two accounts: see transfer playlists and favorites between accounts on the same platform.
- Choose the Tracks category.
- Select the liked or favorite tracks you want to move.
- Review your selection and start the transfer.
The matched songs will be added as favorite tracks on the destination service when that service supports this operation.
Turn Liked Songs into a regular playlist
Use this method when you want a normal playlist that you can open, share, or synchronize.
- Go to Library > Playlists.
- Find the playlist marked Generated for your source service.
- Open its menu and select Convert to....
- Choose the destination music service.
- Review the tracklist and start the transfer.
Soundiiz will create a regular playlist on the destination service.
The transferred tracks are not automatically marked as liked or favorite when you use this method. Converting a generated playlist requires a Premium or Creator plan.
What is the difference between the two methods?
Choose Tracks if you want to recreate your music library favorites.
Choose the Generated playlist if you want a shareable or synchronizable playlist.
Can I synchronize Liked Songs?
Soundiiz synchronization works with playlists, not with favorite tracks, albums, artists, or complete music libraries.
However, you can use the generated Liked Songs playlist as the source of a synchronization. Soundiiz will then update a regular playlist on the destination service.
This synchronizes the playlist content. It does not add the tracks as Likes or Favorites on the destination.
Why are some Liked Songs missing after the transfer?
A track may be missing when:
Review the transfer results to see which tracks were matched or not found.
If every track arrived but the order changed, that is expected: favorites are not kept in order after a transfer.
