Where each transfer lands
Qobuz splits My Qobuz into Favorites, with one tab per kind of content, and My Playlists next to it. A transfer that looks lost is usually waiting in one of them.
Try these in order
-
Open the web player first
Go to your favorites on the web player. If your music is there, the transfer worked and your app is simply showing an old copy. -
Check that both sides use the same account
Create a playlist named test on the web player, then reload Soundiiz. If it does not show up in your list, you are on two different Qobuz accounts, and the transfer went to the other one. -
Force the app to refresh
The Qobuz app keeps a local copy of your collection so it opens quickly, and that copy can lag behind. Restart your device, or sign out of the app and back in. -
Clear the app cache, then reinstall
Emptying the cache from the app settings is enough most of the time. When it is not, uninstalling and reinstalling rebuilds the collection from your account, and nothing is lost by doing it.
Frequently Asked Questions
I transferred albums. Why are they not in my Purchases?
Because they were not bought. Purchases lists what you paid for in the Qobuz store and stays under your control alone. A transferred album is added to your favorites instead, where you can stream it as long as your subscription runs.
I transferred my liked songs. Where is the playlist?
There is none. Favorite tracks are added one by one to Favorites, under Tracks. Sort them by the date they were added and the whole transfer sits at the top.
Everything shows on the web but my app is empty.
Then the transfer is done and the app is holding an old copy. Sign out and back in, and empty the cache from the app settings if that is not enough.
A few albums never arrived. Why those?
Rights again. A release can be streamable in one country and not in yours, or scheduled for a date that has not come yet. Those are the ones that stay behind, and they come through on their own once Qobuz opens them where you live.
